#1 - I'm submitting this for a friend. From his account of events he was just enjoying the mountainside and decided to photograph it. When he developed the film he found the object. He gave it to me so that I could possibly figure what it is.
#2 - Didn't see anything visible, noticed the object a few hours later while going over my days photos. Photo taken at Mookini Heiau, the site was completely deserted except for a very abrasive care taker and my family. I had just walked to the entrance, I was standing just to the right of the Mookini Heiau sign. Photos previous and post, within a few seconds show nothing out of the ordinary. I thought it may be dirt but why would the previous and post photos have no sign of lense dirt. Camera was brand spankin new outta the box. I never saw the object. It looks spherical and is lighter on top than on the bottom. The walls to the right are about 10 feet tall if not taller.
#3 - This photo was taken above Pu'u Honua o Honaunau (City of Refuge) on the Big Island by me (Zach Royer). I was visiting the area that day to take pictures for my book, Hawaii Vortex Field Guide. As it usually goes, you capture something strange on film when you least expect it. The object in the top right corner of the photo is an extremely anomalous disk shaped UFO, and it is not the first time I've caught something like this while snapping random shots around the Island. I believe the other object in the water at left to be a boat, however it could very well be another craft, lower on the horizon making it look like a boat. Both have similar shapes. My theory is that these crafts are capable of traveling at such high speeds that we cannot see them with the naked eye, that is, unless they slow down or come to a complete stop. Notice how blurry the object is.
#4 - Spherical, orangish-brown object. I was on a family vacation in Hawaii during the summer of 2010 when I took this photo. I didn't realize until recently, however, that there was an object in the upper right-hand corner of the photo. There were no balloons or para-sailors in the sky that day.
#5 - Captured object in picture of sunset, which appeared in a distorted shadowy shape.
#6 - Acted more like a cylinder shaped balloon. I noticed a long balloon like object at about 4000 ft NW of the base of Haleakala drifting along to the SW. I don't think this was alien but man-made but still unusual and should be noted. Photographed w/ a 500mm telephoto, silvery/grey in color, changed shape w/ wind currents. I 1st noticed the object checking summit clouds from my front yard, I thought it was an odd looking object, I've never have seen anything like it before. My feelings were that it was an odd floating object blowing w/ the wind currents till it blew out of sight.
#7 - Beautiful sunset May 26 2014 Molokai Hawaii south shore. Thick thunder clouds had passed over the last couple days and now were accumulated many miles to the south with the storm moving west. The cloud line rose to about 20 degrees above the horizon. The rest of the sky seemed to be totally clear for 180degrees. So when the lightning went you could see the top of the cloud it came from. Thats what had me watching the horizon out my parlor window. It was well past dark and about 8pm when I decided to take a run to the store to pick up a few munchies for later. As I was driving the 1/8th mile to the store I still had the corner of my eye trying to catch the lightning on the horizon but instead i caught a sight of a light that seemed out of place. I could only catch a glimpse here and there through the houses, power lines and trees so it had to be no higher then 30degrees or so off the horizon. The further I drove the more the trees blocked the view. So I kept going to the store. When I got to the store I jumped out and kinda walked backward looking southeast toward where I thought it should be. No dice. Until I got to the entrance of the store and looked directly south down a side street that if it kept going would end in the ocean about 500 yards from my position, and saw the object moving from east to west in a descending ascending pattern. Like a ball bouncing but more smooth and controlled with a steeper decent and lesser curve on the ascent. Would have to say it was at least over the ocean which was 500 yards probably way further. It got about two "bounces" and out pops another one following directly behind it. So at this point im standing in the entrance of the store backward looking out toward the ocean. Its a small store and the counter is right there so I turn to the lady and say theres UFO's flying around out here. Two ladies come out and watch as they take their last bounce and head out to the south west upward and disappear. So I go inside buy my chips and candy and one girl is still outside looking out and around. The other girl follows me out. We look around and sure enough to the south east at about 50 deg from the horizon a stationary orange star. So I point to it and ask the girl thats not the right color right? She says no. So I start walking to my truck to get home and get my camera. As soon as i start my truck as I am watching bam it vanishes. So thats the first and second and even third sighting i guess. So I drive home asap and almost bang a few parked cars because im staring at the sky. Run inside grab my camera and go out on the porch. I filmed three different objects in three separate videos between I would say 830pm and 930pm. These objects have a orange hew they all seem further away and higher in the sky then the ones the ladies and I had seen in town. My video is crappy and shaky and goes in and out of focus because it is a digital camera making video with lots of light pollution. The stars are not visible in the video but are totally visible for a hundred and eighty degrees from the camera point besides the 20gress above the horizon where the storm clouds are. I also have a video of military helicopters flying in the same area a week or so before. The difference between the heli's and whatever these are is unmistakable. Also jets and planes fly by all night everynight and look much different. This is high traffic airspace jets and such dont just turn off their lights around here. Oddly the choppers did and thats why I filmed them. Again though the choppers were a week or so earlier.
#8 - I know you get far fetched stories sometimes, but maybe you can just help us explain this one. I really don't want to be know, so please excuse the name I sent.... My friends and I were sailing through the Hawaiian islands. We were 87 not.miles south of the Big Island (Hawaii) and finishing up our beers on deck, while buttoning things up for the night. My good friend noticed a bright light under the water, about 12 feet infont of the bow. It gave off three distinct colors, that faded in and out slowly. We called our wives up topside and asked them what they thought it was. We all thought it might be a sub, but then the lights became brighter. The girls got VERY scared as did we and then whatever it was took off fast. So fast that it rocked our boat. I don't know of anything that could be up and gone, from not a movement to out of sight in seconds. This thing just sat under water and bolted... gone. We saw the lights disapear, as it left. We did not get photos in time, but please do not discard this. It was very real and has stuck with all of us since.
#9 - There are multiple sightings in this video. I (Zach Royer) shot the footage near South Point (Punalu'u) with my HTC Thunderbolt while I was driving, on the Big Island of Hawaii. I was attempting to get some video of the lost pyramids of Hawaii that I'm gonna be exploring for again soon, you can see the mountain I am talking about. Only after close analysis of the yellow thing did I see the disc shaped UFO.
#10 - This photo was taken in Hawaii on the Big Island somewhere between south point and Kona the exact location I don't know for sure but I will ask mom later. The pic totally blew me away when I saw it.
