Update - Feb 19. 2023
Watch the documentary below for definitive proof that Third Phase of Moon has been lying and hoaxing UFO videos for years. They had this video removed from Youtube with a copyright claim but it was uploaded to BitChute and they can't have that one removed...
What is even more puzzling is the fact that Dr. Steven Greer (Disclosure Project) is working with Third Phase of Moon on an upcoming UFO documentary. Doesn't he know they are known hoaxers? What does that say about Dr. Greer?

When it comes to the UFO side of the paranormal, there tends to be quite a few more documented cases than say, unwanted hauntings or sightings of Bigfoot.
Located on the beautiful Hamakua coast of the Big Island, lives the infamous video-makers named Blake and Brent Cousins, more commonly known as Third Phase of Moon. This "company" has been faking UFO videos for over ten years, contributing to the surmounting discrepancies within the UFO communities, rather than helping with the solutions...and making money off you while doing so, by receiving money for each view.
These two are also the creators of "The Night Marchers" movie, a movie demonizing a local Hawaiian legend and making it out to be another "Blair Witch" type movie. A quick Google search reveals at least Blake is an aspiring "actor", with an active listing on the IMDB database. So he's an actor. . .There's our first hint.
Perhaps the ease of which a person can create a believable UFO video nowadays is partly to blame. Better computer technology and software programs like Final Cut or Adobe Premier Pro translates to more fake hoax videos coming forward, most with the hopes of becoming the next "viral-video", especially when a paycheck is involved.
But when it comes to outright faking videos for a profit, when does it start to cross some sort of moral boundary line?
Question: If I was to spend my time creating fake ghost videos and submitting them around the world as authentic, making a bunch of money from revenue clicks on Youtube, how would that make you feel? Satisfied or Scammed?
Again, this ongoing investigation is an attempt at getting to the bottom of the situation. This isn't necessarily a politically correct subject. If we don't do it, who will? It's our obligation as the Big Island's premier paranormal investigators to investigate a possible case of UFO hoaxing right in our own backyard.
After investigating and doing some homework, the time is long overdue for these two to be exposed for what they have been doing. Other researchers around the world have caught on to their schemes, and some have gone so far to debunk some of their videos, calling them out in front of thousands of viewers.
"I really admire her for calling Blake out in terms of faking material. I think it is sad that he is more interested in views than the emotional impact the fake footage does to others." - Anonymous Youtube viewer.
If that wasn't enough to at least get you thinking...take a look at this comparison image we've made between a "UFO" from one of their videos, and a Mystery Space Ship toy, sold by Marx toys. Look closely at the features of both "ships".
Even the well known website Project Avalon has a forum about BEWARE channel Thirdphaseofmoon:
This list goes on and on.
How about when we compared sound effects from one video with another video... finding they were IDENTICAL! He's using the same effects from one video to the next, and claiming they were recorded on "military property", when in reality, this video is shot at a common hiking trail - Pu'u Waa Waa in Kona on the Big Island. Quite elementary my dear Dawson.
"Talk about muddy the waters. This channel is producing hundreds of ufo videos from around the world. At one time I thought this channel was authentic. I feel it's doing more harm to disclosure then what debunkers do, by faking videos. In one of the clips the channel owner is interviewing for supposed ufo video and we are lead to believe thay are going to pay $10,000 for the exclusive. It's a hoax done by hoaxers to prove what? That Thirdphaseofmoon is authentic? In fact Thirdphaseofmoon has been proven to create CGI videos. It's a twisted plot they weave and for what, revenue dollars?"
UFO Hall of Hoaxing Inductees: Blake Cousins, thirdphaseofmoon, Michael Cohen, Youtube user "MUF0N" (uses a ZERO instead of an "O" in the name)
This has gone so far that youtuber PLANETunderATTACK has created a Hall of Hoaxing around the subject.
It's as if videos about how Blake and thirdphaseofmoon's videos are faked is becoming a new trend on Youtube...
Today, when asked about their videos being faked and monetized, Blake simply responds by saying that "now we are getting actual video recordings from around the world of real UFO footage that we secure the rights to, making them ours."
As if that makes it all OK...it's time to come clean TPOM.
Blake and Brent Cousins, being part of the 'Ohana of the Big Island, we ask you to COME FORWARD & ADMIT many of your Hawaii UFO videos and other videos were faked on your part and you profited from them and the gullibility of others. Admit you made money by creating and uploading hoax videos to the Internet, accelerating your brand name along the way, claiming these videos were authentic or sent in by viewers.
If you were to make an apology video to all the viewers who you fooled, lied to, and scammed, that would be a step in the right direction. We can upload your apology video to our Youtube channel and to this article as proof you have come clean. Until you do so, we'll consider this an ongoing investigation, and periodically update this article with new information as it comes forward.
If you decide to use your video making abilities for the GOOD of all in the paranormal and UFO communities, that would be a plus too!
As always, the choice is yours.

If Cousins brothers are creating fake UFO videos, passing those videos off as 'authentic', then taking dollars from folks, that NOT a 'hoax'. That's fraud, a felony.

No way that is possible. Looknowtv must be a major company with employees behind it, because I've seen their videos featured on major Tv programs. Examples, see their vids on discovery channel, history channel, Natgeo, and finally syfi channel to name a few. The people behind that channel i suspect have heavy connections in the entertainment hollywood circles. Even if u look at their main page on utube they have some hollywood lawyer on their main page & another one of their main pages promotes some ghost show webseries on it. I mean, they are probably the people producing Ufo and paranormal documentaries, and in their free time they are tooling around on looknowTV. Either way, it's good entertainment from most of those types of channels thats why they have so many subscribers and viewers so fast. That guy up there calling for Thirdphase to be jailed is a complete idiot and very uniformed, he's probably a failed youtuber or paranormal blogger and he's outright jealous of these creative people earning money of what they love to do. Anyone can post their original art or programming to youtube and get paid for it through ads. Might as well jail hollywood because 99% of ghost and ufo shows are faked to start with, jail them all when they claim reality? LMAO! It boild down to people being jealous or they feel ripped off when others claim fakes as real. I see nothing wrong with any of it. I watch every Ufo ghost show and ufo video channels are no problem for me.

Their videos are so obviously fake though. They don't need to be debunked, they need to be laughed at en masse and have batteries thrown at them until they go away. You look at the comments on their videos though and either some people are stupid enough to take them seriously or they have fake accounts that comment on their own videos (i suspect both)

not EVERYBODY believes in "hoax" videos-not EVERYBODY is gullible.once you see a REAL unidentified flying object-and particularly a "alien spacecraft"...you will never forget it,& most cannot compare to it

Thirdphaseofmoon are absolutely hoaxing ufo vids and have been for a long time. They seem to just post footage of anything sent to them. I also suspect they are creating their own fake footage. These are obvious fakes. Anyone who has knowledge of the ufo phenomenon and has studied the history of it knows what to look for. I've been a ufo buff my whole life and instantly realized TPOFM were a fraud. The problem is, younger people that are just now becoming interested in this topic could be fooled into thinking these guys are on the level. When they finally do realize they have been duped, they could be turned off to the subject as a whole. Thus, the next generation of potential ufo researchers might lose interest. They are doing ufology a great disservice with their lack of credibility, obvious greed, and cheesy presentations. The other alarming issue is the number of subscribers they have on their channel. It's upsetting to me to say the least and I still can't figure out why Stanton Friedman would grant Blake Cousins an interview. Still scratching my head on that one. They REALLY need to go away.
